Doja Cat and ‘Stranger Things’ actor Noah Schnapp are ‘all good’ after leaked messages

Doja Cat and Noah Schnapp are cool, even though Schnapp exposed their private DM conversations on TikTok without Doja Cat’s permission.

The singer wasn’t thrilled after Schnapp shared a screenshot of messages between the two, where Doja Cat expressed interest in the love life of Schnapp’s “Stranger Things” co-star Joseph Quinn.

According to a TikTok clip posted last week, the Grammy-winning musician messaged Schnapp on Instagram asking if Quinn has a girlfriend.

Doja Cat wrote, “Noah can you tell Yusuf to humu (kill me).”

“LMAOO slide in your dms,” replied Schnapp.

Schnapp sent her Quinn’s Instagram profile after she said she didn’t know her Instagram or Twitter account, to which she replied, “Okay ma’am.”

The next day on TikTok Live, Doja Cat expressed dissatisfaction with Schnapp sharing her messages, saying she was “chilling about it” as she is a kid, but still insisting that the 17-year-old is not happy for the actor. Posting the post was “wacky”. DM.

“When you’re so young you make mistakes,” Doja Cat said as per her recirculated clip of TikTok Live. “The fact that this person, that Noah did this, went and posted a private conversation between me and him, is incredibly socially oblivious and wacky.”

Doja Cat previously expressed her infatuation with the “Game of Thrones” alum, who became a breakout star by playing Eddie Munson in “Stranger Things.” On May 30, three days after Season 4 Volume 1 on Netflix, she tweeted, “Joseph Quinn fine ass (expletive).”

The “Kiss Me More” singer later responded to a Twitter fan page for Quinn, posting a photo of the actor, writing, “Doja look how cool Joseph Quinn is.”

“It’s the (outrageous) criminal,” he replied.

Schnapp’s TikTok video garnered over a million likes, with fans of Quinn sparking memes expressing their jealousy for Doja Cat.

Doja Cat’s recent tonsil surgery forced her to withdraw from some upcoming performances, she announced in May.

The musician shared that he had a tonsil infection that worsened after drinking and vaping. She had to finish her festival fun and no longer go on tour for The Weeknd.

Doja Cat isn’t the only artist influenced by Quinn.

Metallica shared an appreciation post for the actor on Instagram for performing his 1986 track “Master of Puppets” in the season finale. He also congratulated executive producers Matt and Ross Duffer for incorporating the show’s music into the story.

“It’s so well done, so much so that some people were able to guess the song just by looking at the seconds of Joseph Quinn’s hands in the trailer!” The band wrote about the scene on Instagram. “How cool is it? Netflix released the season 4 finale of “Stranger Things” on July 1. The fifth season will be the last season of the show.
