We don’t officially see him accept an invitation to the magical Asgardian afterlife, but at least we know the true warriors make it there.
What does this mean for the future of the MCU?
The movie ended with a “Thor Will Return” panel, so we’re definitely going to see him again. As for Jane, this may be the last time we see her unless they find a way to bring Jane back to life or allow Thor to visit her.
Then there is Hercules. There is no doubt that he will be the villain coming in MCU. whether it’s in another single Thor The movie remains to be seen, but at least we already know that Hercules is going after Thor, so we can expect a showdown between the two at some point.
