After a few years off the road, I felt I was ready to dive back, but that decision was premature and unfortunately the toll and pressure of the road took me Have caught up and I’ve hit a breaking point. After talking with my team and health professionals, I’ll first and foremost need to take some time off to try and take care of myself and my mental health.
