Hayden Hurst already turning heads at Bengals training camp

New Cincinnati Bengals tight end Hayden Hearst is building audience confidence early on in training camp.

We’re only doing three rehearsals as of this writing, yet Hearst has made several big highlight plays and is receiving attention from fans and journalists alike.

MMQB take Albert Breyerwho visited the Bengals camp and wrote the following about Hearst: “Hayden Hurst looks like he’d bring an element to the offense that he didn’t have, his athleticism, root-running. Good matchup guy should be with the WRs .

Perhaps it should come as no surprise that Hearst has had a great run so far. The defense has to worry about all three major weapons in wideouts and Hearst, a former first-round pick, didn’t really have a chance to shine in places like Baltimore and Atlanta.

Fox 19’s Jeremy Roach already captured a big highlight from Hearst:

If Hurst already clicks this way against a Super Bowl defense while working with Brandon Allen, it should be very interesting to see how he matches up with Joe Burrows soon.
