Michigan Lottery player matches 5 Mega Millions winning numbers in Friday drawing

A Michigan lottery player came very close to winning Friday’s Mega Millions jackpot, which is worth an estimated $1.28 billion.

According to the Mega Millions website, a ticket sold online in Michigan matches all five white balls — 13-36-45-57-67, but does not match the Mega Ball — 14. Tickets now cost $1 million and did not have the Megaplier option, which was 2x.

Seventeen Michigan players also won $10,000 in matching four white balls and the Mega Ball
