one dead, two suffering serious wounds
Surrey, BC – One person died and two others are in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Surrey, BC
The RCMP said in a statement that officers responded to a report of a shootout in the 14600 block of 20th Avenue on Saturday afternoon and found three men suffering gunshot wounds.
The RCMP says that despite providing life-saving measures, one injured person died on the spot.
Police say two other victims were taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police say they are looking for any witnesses or people with dash-cam footage from the area to contact them.
They say their preliminary investigation suggests it was a targeted incident.
