Trainer Chad Brown informed Monmouth Park officials Saturday morning that he would not be sending Monmouth Park early voting for the $1 million TVG.com Haskell Stakes next Saturday. Brown was deciding between Haskell and the Grade 2 $600,000 Jim Dendy Stakes in Saratoga on July 30.

The presence of early voting comes from a 1 1/4-length victory over Epicenter in the second leg of the Triple Crown, which is already shaping up to be a highly-competitive race. Brown made the decision after working four furlongs of early voting in a 49.25 at Belmont Park on Saturday.

This will be the first appearance by a Triple Crown race winner in Haskell since Preakness winner Exaggerator won with Kentucky Derby winner Nyquist in 2016.
