Baseball’s top talent is moving to Hollywood.
The full 2022 MLB All-Star Game roster was announced on Sunday along with the disclosure of pitchers and reserves. Starting position player on Friday was disclosed.
Where the starters were selected using fan voting, the remaining All-Stars were named using player ballots and input from the commissioner’s office. Another wrinkle that comes into play is that each MLB team must have at least one selection for each All-Star game.
Here’s a look at the players from each league who will head to Dodger Stadium after Sunday’s selection show:

Each league’s starting pitcher for the All-Star Game will be announced on Monday, July 18, the day before the Midsummer Classic.

Cardinals first baseman Albert Pujols and Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera were named All-Stars under the “Special Selection” designation.

MLB named three All-Star replacements on Tuesday.
In the National League, Miami Marlins designated hitter Garrett Cooper will replace Harper and San Francisco Giants starter Carlos Rodan will replace Haider. In the American League, the Boston Red Sox would replace designated hitter JD Martinez Alvarez.
Harper and Alvarez are injured, while Haider is on the bereavement list.
Texas Rangers shortstop Corey Seeger was named an injury replacement for Springer on Thursday.
Four more replacements were named on Saturday. Atlanta Braves third baseman Austin Riley, Los Angeles Dodgers starter Tyler Anderson and San Diego Padres second baseman Jake Cronenworth were added to the NL roster, while Blue Jays second baseman Santiago Espinal is now an AL All-Star. Arenado, Rodan, Chisholm and Altuve will miss this event.
